Operator and scope
The website and newsletter are operated by Sofiane Łaba under the Devmoire name, Leśmiana 9/29, 80-280 Gdańsk, Poland.
Contact: privacy@devmoire.com. These Terms apply only to devmoire.com and the free launch newsletter. The Devmoire application is not yet publicly offered under them.
These Terms are available free of charge before joining. You may save or print them using your browser.
The service
You may browse information about the planned Devmoire product and request product-development, launch, and promotional updates by email. Joining is voluntary and free.
Joining does not create an application account, start a paid subscription, guarantee access, or promise a particular launch date, feature, discount, or price.
Technical requirements
You need an internet connection, a current browser capable of opening HTTPS pages and submitting forms, and a working email inbox that you control. You are responsible for your own internet and email-provider costs.
How the newsletter starts
Enter an email address you control, actively select the separate newsletter-consent checkbox, submit the form, and confirm the address through the email sent to you. The newsletter agreement begins when the confirmation succeeds.
By submitting the form, you accept these Terms before confirmation. Your marketing consent remains separate. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used; it is information, not an additional contract or consent.
14-day right to withdraw
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the newsletter agreement within 14 days after it begins, without giving a reason. To do so, send a clear statement to privacy@devmoire.com or by post to Sofiane Łaba, Leśmiana 9/29, 80-280 Gdańsk, Poland. It is enough to send the statement before the 14-day period ends.
You may use this optional model: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my agreement for the Devmoire newsletter. Email address used to subscribe: [email]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].”
Withdrawing is free. Because the newsletter itself is free, no payment or refund is involved.
Ending the newsletter
You may end the newsletter agreement at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email or by contacting privacy@devmoire.com. No login, fee, or explanation is required.
Devmoire may end the newsletter, remove an unreachable address, or block abuse. If the newsletter itself is discontinued, Devmoire may notify active subscribers where reasonably practical.
Reasonable use
Do not submit another person’s address without authority, provide unlawful content, attack the form, bypass security or request limits, distribute malware, or interfere with the website. Access may be limited when needed to protect visitors and the service.
Complaints
Send a complaint to privacy@devmoire.com. Include the email address concerned, what happened, and the outcome you are requesting. Devmoire will handle complaints without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law, and aims to respond within 14 days.
Availability and changes
The website and newsletter are in an early stage and may change or be temporarily unavailable. Product descriptions are previews. Devmoire’s name, visual identity, copy, and website materials may not be presented as your own.
Material changes to these Terms will be published before they apply. Polish law governs these Terms, while mandatory protections available where you live remain unaffected.
Updated terms covering accounts, project data, AI, subscriptions, payments, cancellation, and consumer rights will be presented before the application becomes publicly available.
